WHAT FORMS AM I REQUIRED TO COMPLETE?

If you are the person that will be the guarantee on the lease then you will be required to fill out the Guarantor Application. This form will be subject to credit approval. Proof of income for two consecutive months will need to be provided in order to process your application.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS FOR CURRENT RESIDENTS?

Rent and all other payments can be paid online at our website with an electronic check or automated ACH payment. To sign in you will need a username/password and apt #.

HOW CAN I PAY ONLINE TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT FOR MY STUDENT?

You must contact your leasing agent to set up your online account to pay with check or credit card.

WHAT DOES THE TERM 'LEASE BY THE BED' MEAN? AND HOW IS THIS BETTER FOR MY CHILD?

Individual leasing provides the opportunity for our residents to live in an apartment environment with roommates without the stress of renting out the whole apartment. Individual leasing allows us to split the rent, making each resident responsible for only their portion of the rent.

WHAT DOES THE MONTHLY RENTAL RATE INCLUDE?

The rent includes the rental amount for the bedroom and shared occupancy of the common areas, free cable and high speed internet. Furniture is also at no additional cost, and includes a full sized washer and dryer.

WHAT UTILITIES DO I NEED TO SET UP?

Nothing! The Edge keeps it convenient. All of your utilities will be auto set up with no additional fees, and will be billed the same way you pay your rental installment each month.
